Arrange a return

Should you wish to return your item for an exchange or a refund, please first contact us immediately within 7 days from receipt your item (7 days cool off period applies). Our email address is info@purpless.co.uk

Please do not send items back without prior contact with us. All informed returns must be send back to us by post within 14 days from the date you notify us. Items must be in a sale-able condition, as delivered to you and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow us up to 7 days from receipt of your item to send your refund. 

If your item arrived faulty please contact us as soon as it is possible and we will endeavour to exchange it as quickly as possible. Should a direct exchange not be available, we will refund the value of the item to your paypal account. A refund/exchange can be given only if the item

is returned within the specified above time limit however postage and package is non-refundable. Payment for postage is always the responsibility of the customer when returning the item to us as well as when exchanging it. When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming postage until you receive an email confirmation from us. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore any parcels we will not receive back will not be refunded. 

We can not accept returns of bra sets (bras + bottoms) due to hygiene reasons.

All returned items have a deduction of up to 20% administration fee applicable.
